Your dashboard gives you a real-time snapshot of your business.

Key sections

Today's jobs — A summary of all bookings for today, broken down by status: pending, dispatched, in progress, and completed. Click any job to view its details.

Revenue overview — See your revenue for the current week, month, and quarter. Compare against previous periods to spot trends.

Fleet status — At a glance, see which vehicles and drivers are available, on a job, or off duty.

AI insights — KAIRO's AI analyses your data and surfaces up to three actionable insights. These might flag overdue invoices, suggest pricing adjustments, or highlight unusually quiet periods.

Upcoming jobs — A list of your next scheduled bookings with pickup times, passenger names, and assigned drivers.

Customisation

The dashboard updates in real time. AI insights can be dismissed by clicking the X — they'll refresh with new insights as your data changes.

Quick actions

Use the "New booking" button in the top-right to create a job quickly, or press Cmd+K to open the command bar and navigate anywhere instantly.
