What your drivers see in the app

The KAIRO driver app is designed to be simple and distraction-free.

Drivers see their upcoming jobs in a clean list, sorted by time. Each job card shows:

Pickup time and date

Pickup address

Drop-off address

Passenger name

Vehicle class required

Tapping a job shows the full details:

Complete journey information with map

Passenger contact details (tap to call/message)

Special instructions and notes

Navigation button (opens Google Maps or Waze)

Drivers update job status as they go:

Accept the job

Tap "On route" when heading to pickup

Tap "On board" when the passenger is collected

Tap "Completed" when the journey is finished

Drivers receive push notifications for:

New job assignments

Job changes or cancellations

Upcoming job reminders (30 minutes before)

Flight delay updates for airport pickups

Drivers can view their earnings summary in the app.

The app works offline — job details are cached for areas with poor signal.
