Monitor how your drivers are performing to maintain service quality.
Performance metrics
For each driver, KAIRO tracks:
Jobs completed — Total number of completed journeys.Revenue generated — Total fare value of their jobs.On-time rate — Percentage of jobs where the driver arrived on time.Acceptance rate — How often they accept dispatched jobs.Customer ratings — If you've enabled passenger feedback.Utilisation — Percentage of available hours spent on active jobs.Viewing performance
Go to Analytics > Driver Performance to see a league table of all your drivers. Click any driver to see their detailed breakdown.
Identifying issues
Look for:
Low on-time rates — May indicate poor time management or unrealistic scheduling.Low acceptance rates — The driver may be cherry-picking jobs.Low utilisation — They could be taking on more work.Tips
Share performance summaries with drivers to encourage improvement.Use performance data when deciding job assignments.High-performing drivers can be prioritised for premium account work.
