The dispatch board explained

The dispatch board is your command centre for managing live operations.

The board is split into columns:

Unassigned — Jobs without a driver

Dispatched — Jobs assigned and sent to drivers

In progress — Active jobs (on route or on board)

Completed — Finished jobs from today

Find an unassigned job on the board.

Click it to open the assignment panel.

KAIRO shows available drivers ranked by suitability (proximity, vehicle match, workload).

Select a driver and click "Dispatch".

The driver receives an instant notification.

The dispatch board updates in real time:

Driver status changes appear instantly

New bookings drop into the unassigned column

Job status changes as drivers tap through their workflow

Click any job to view details or reassign

Use the search bar to find specific jobs

Filter by vehicle class, area, or time window

Keep the dispatch board open during busy periods for live oversight.

Use the map view alongside the board to see driver locations.

Set up auto-dispatch in Settings to let KAIRO assign drivers automatically.
