Tracking drivers on the live map

See where all your drivers are in real time.

Go to Dispatch and click the map icon to toggle the map view. You can also access it from Dispatch > Live map.

Driver markers — Each active driver appears as a pin on the map. Colour indicates their status:

Green: Available

Blue: On a job

Amber: On route to pickup

Grey: Off duty

Job routes — Active jobs show the route line from pickup to drop-off.

Traffic — Real-time traffic overlay helps you estimate arrival times.

Click a driver marker to see their current job, next job, and contact details.

Click a job route to see the journey details.

Zoom in/out to focus on specific areas.

Customer queries — "Where's my driver?" Check the map and give an accurate ETA.

Dispatch decisions — See which available driver is closest to a new pickup.

Fleet overview — During events or busy days, monitor your entire fleet at a glance.

Driver locations update every 30 seconds.

The map uses Google Maps for accurate routing and traffic data.
