Setting up email notifications

Configure which emails KAIRO sends and connect your own email domain.

In Settings > Notifications, toggle emails for:

Client notifications:

Booking confirmation

Driver assigned (with driver details)

Driver on route

Journey completed

Invoice sent

Payment receipt

Driver notifications:

New job assignment

Job changes or cancellations

Upcoming job reminders

Your notifications:

New booking received (from client portal)

Quote accepted

Payment received

Compliance document expiring

By default, emails are sent from KAIRO's servers. To send from your own domain:

Go to Settings > Email.

Enter your SMTP credentials (server, port, username, password).

Send a test email to verify the connection.

All outgoing emails now come from your domain.

Using your own domain improves deliverability and looks more professional.

Customise email templates in Settings > Templates to match your brand voice.
