Connecting Gmail, Xero, and other tools

Extend KAIRO by connecting the tools you already use.

Gmail — Connect your Gmail account to send booking confirmations, quotes, and invoices from your Gmail address. Replies land in your Gmail inbox.

Xero — Sync invoices to Xero automatically. When you create an invoice in KAIRO, it appears in Xero for your accountant. Payments sync back.

Stripe — Accept online card payments on invoices. See the "Setting up online payments" article for details.

Google Calendar — Sync your KAIRO calendar to Google Calendar for a unified view of your schedule.

Go to Settings > Integrations.

Find the integration you want and click "Connect".

Follow the authentication flow (usually OAuth — sign in to the service and grant access).

Configure any settings specific to that integration.

To disconnect an integration, go to Settings > Integrations, find the connected service, and click "Disconnect". Your data in KAIRO is not affected.

Connect Xero early to avoid manual accounting catch-up.

Gmail integration means clients reply directly to your inbox, not a no-reply address.

Check the integration status page if syncs seem delayed.
