Tips for best results:
- First row should be column headers
- Dates in DD/MM/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD format
- Values in pounds (not pence) — e.g. 45.50
- Status: pending, confirmed, completed, cancelled
- We'll auto-match columns where possible
