Keep your fleet up to date so KAIRO can match the right vehicle to each job.
Adding a vehicle
Go to Fleet > Vehicles and click "Add vehicle".Registration number — Enter the vehicle registration. KAIRO uses DVLA lookup to auto-fill the make, model, colour, and year.Vehicle class — Select the class: Executive (E-Class), S-Class, V-Class, Range Rover, or VIP Sprinter.Details — Add the passenger capacity, luggage capacity, and any special features.Compliance — Enter MOT expiry, insurance expiry, and PHV licence details. KAIRO will alert you before they expire.Save — The vehicle appears in your fleet and is available for job assignment.Vehicle costs

Tips
Upload a photo of the vehicle for easy identification.Set vehicles as "inactive" when they're off the road for maintenance.
