Assigning drivers to jobs

You can assign drivers when creating a booking or later from the dispatch board.

Assigning during booking creation

When creating a new job, the "Driver" dropdown shows all your drivers. Available drivers are shown at the top. Drivers who have conflicting jobs at that time are greyed out with a warning.

Assigning from the dispatch board

  • Go to Dispatch from the sidebar.
  • Find the unassigned job in the list.
  • Click the job, then select a driver from the assignment panel.
  • The driver is notified instantly via the driver app.

    • Reassigning a driver

    To change the assigned driver, open the job and click the driver name. Select a different driver from the dropdown. The original driver is notified of the removal, and the new driver receives the assignment.

    Auto-dispatch

    KAIRO can suggest the best driver based on proximity, availability, and vehicle class. Look for the "Suggested" badge next to driver names.

    Tips

  • Check the calendar view to see driver availability at a glance.
  • Drivers can accept or decline jobs from their app (if you've enabled this in Settings).
