Understanding job statuses

Every job in KAIRO moves through a clear workflow.

Status	Meaning
Draft	Job saved but not confirmed. Awaiting approval or details.
Pending	Confirmed booking, not yet dispatched to a driver.
Dispatched	Assigned to a driver. Driver has been notified.
Accepted	Driver has acknowledged the job in their app.
On route	Driver is heading to the pickup point.
On board	Passenger has been collected. Journey in progress.
Completed	Journey finished. Ready for invoicing.
Cancelled	Job was cancelled before completion.
No show	Passenger did not appear at the pickup.

Statuses use consistent colours throughout KAIRO:

Amber — Pending, Draft

Blue — Dispatched, Accepted

Green — Completed, On board

Grey — Cancelled

Red — No show, Overdue

On the Jobs page, use the status filter tabs to view jobs by their current status. You can also combine status filters with date ranges.
