We take one real booking, not a demo account, and move it through Kairo in the order your team would actually work it: dispatch, driver assignment, passenger updates and the invoice. You see the screens your dispatchers and drivers would use, not a slide deck.
We look at how your current client list, job history and tariffs would map into Kairo's structure. Where something would not carry across cleanly, such as an unusual rate card or a data field Kairo does not hold, we say so on the call rather than after you have committed.
You leave with a short written plan covering what we do, what you do, an approximate cutover date and the data that needs exporting from your current system. It is meant to be compared against carrying on as you are, not signed there and then.
Bring whoever signs off the switch and whoever runs day-to-day dispatch, usually the owner or operations manager, plus the person who currently owns bookings, driver allocation or invoicing. If your rate cards will need review, it helps to have the person who set them on the call too.
We use the historic job you bring only for the call, and delete it afterwards unless you ask us to keep the workspace so you can carry on with it.
