Partner cover. Offer the job, keep the record.

When you cannot cover a job, Kairo sends it to another operator with accept and decline links, holds back the passenger's details until they say yes, and records what you agreed to pay.

How an offer works.

Each step below is the one the offer email, the accept link and the partner pages run today.

  1. Each offer has its own link

Every offer gets a fresh token. Any earlier pending offer on the same job expires, and the rate and commission percentage are snapshotted onto the offer, so a later edit to the job cannot change what the partner agreed to.

  2. Passenger details wait for a yes

The offer email lists the journey in rows a dispatcher can key into their own system, with Accept and Decline buttons. The passenger's name and phone number are withheld until the offer is accepted.

  3. Acceptance sends the full brief

On accept, the partner receives a confirmation email with the passenger details, a one-page job sheet PDF for their driver and a calendar invite. You are told what the partner decided.

  4. An accepted job is not re-offered

Once a partner has accepted, no new offer can be opened on that job. Resending the offer keeps the links the partner already has.

  5. The rate is yours to type

A partner can carry a default: a fixed rate, or a percentage of the job's fare. The brief shows only a rate you typed or the partner accepted, never a default the partner was not shown.

  6. Changes are notified

If a job the partner holds is cancelled, moved to another time or has its rate changed, the partner receives a notice. A partner who only holds a pending offer gets wording that says so.

  7. Costs and prices are kept apart

Outbound money is the partner's cost, taken from the cost or payment you recorded, never the price the customer pays. A job received from one partner and covered by another appears once under each.

  8. Inbound passengers stay theirs

On work a partner sends you, Kairo never contacts the passenger under your name. Milestones go back to the operator who sent the job.

  9. A partner can hand a job back

A partner can return an accepted job with a reason, until the pickup time has passed, work has started, or you have assigned your own driver or vehicle.

  10. Automatic partner emails respect your send mode

If your company holds automatic messages for manual sending, the brief is held and you are told the partner is still waiting for the passenger details.

The job record stays yours.

The job you offer out is the same record the rest of Kairo reads. The partner's acceptance, the agreed rate and every change notice are written to it.

Partner totals on the partners page come from the same rows, so what you owe a subcontractor matches what you agreed.

What the legacy tools do instead.

Subcontracting is a strength of several legacy systems, and the comparison pages say so.

Each line below is taken from the comparison page it links to, where the vendor's own pages are listed as sources. Those pages also say what each system does well.

  • DeverComparison row: Partner / subcontractor job flow. Research checked 6 September 2026.

Yes. The Tier 2 Management module receives and allocates work to subcontractors and raises the corresponding invoices or payments.

  • Limo AnywhereComparison row: Partner / subcontractor job flow. Research checked 6 September 2026.

Yes. LA Net farms trips electronically between Limo Anywhere systems, with the affiliate's reference number written back to your reservation. Farming to a non-LA Net affiliate is a separate manual process.

What to know before you rely on it

Offering jobs to partners is on every plan. The partner marketplace listed on the Growth plan is marked coming soon, so this page does not describe it. A partner needs an email address on file to receive an offer.
