Passenger updates. Confirmation, a live page, and texts you choose.
Every passenger gets a branded confirmation and a tracking page that follows the job. Driver-status texts, reminders and the post-trip email are switches you turn on, and each default is written below.
What the passenger gets, and when.
The timings are read from the tracking page and the sending code. Where a message is a switch, the default is stated.
A confirmation with a calendar file
The confirmation email carries a calendar invite and a pay link, unless the booking belongs to an account you invoice. Then there is no pay link, and the booking waits for the account billing run.
The tracking page has eight stages
Request received, booking confirmed, driver assigned, your driver is on the way, your driver has arrived, on the way to your destination, journey complete, and booking cancelled. The page re-checks the status every 60 seconds.
Early or late is said out loud
While the driver is on the way, the page refreshes the drive-time estimate every 30 seconds. Three minutes early or more, it tells the passenger how many minutes early the driver is and that the chauffeur will wait. Five minutes behind or more, it says the driver is running about that many minutes behind. The estimate pauses when the driver's position is more than 60 seconds old.
The car is on the map only during the journey
The passenger sees the driver's position only while the job is en route or in progress, and only between 6 hours before and 24 hours after the scheduled pickup. Before the driver sets off, and once the job ends, the position is private.
Driver-status texts are off until you turn them on
The master switch for texts at driver milestones ships off. When it is on, the on-the-way and arrived texts are enabled and the on-board and completed texts are not. Each has a template you can edit, each sends once per job, and WhatsApp is tried first when you prefer it and have a registered template, with SMS as the fallback.
The reminder is 12 hours before, if on
The pre-pickup reminder email is off by default. When on, it sends 720 minutes before the pickup, adjustable from 10 minutes to 14 days, and only for bookings made at least 24 hours earlier, so a confirmation sent this morning is not followed by a reminder at lunch.
The post-trip email is a switch
The thank-you email with a review link and a rebook prompt sends only when you have turned it on. The rating link on the tracking page works either way.
Partner passengers are never contacted under your name
On a job you received from another operator, Kairo never texts or emails the passenger as you. The journey milestones go to the operator who sent the work.
The page shows who is coming
Driver photo and rating, the vehicle and its plate, call and message buttons, the flight number and meeting instructions, any via stops, and a rating link once the journey is complete.
One page, the whole journey.
The tracking page is the passenger's view of the same job the driver is updating. When the driver taps arrived, the page changes. When a flight moves the pickup, the time changes.
It carries your name, logo and colour, not Kairo's, and lives on your own domain once you have set one.
- Status every 60 seconds, drive time every 30
- Driver position shown only during the journey
- Your branding and your domain
What the legacy tools do instead.
Both systems publish passenger-facing apps or live GPS. Our research did not compare what each passenger page shows in detail.
Each line below is taken from the comparison page it links to, where the vendor's own pages are listed as sources. Those pages also say what each system does well.
- Limo AnywhereComparison row: Driver app. Research checked 6 September 2026.
Yes. Limo Anywhere's free driver app runs on iOS and Android, sends trips to drivers with one-click transfer, tracks live GPS location, lets drivers update job status in real time for dispatchers to see, and processes card payments from the app.

Yes, iOS and Android driver and passenger apps. Note the main operator console (Dispatch) is a downloadable desktop app via the Mac App Store or a Windows download, not browser-based.

What to know before you rely on it
Live GPS tracking is on every plan. Google review requests need the Growth plan. Driver-status texts need your own Twilio connection, and there is no default meeting-point wording: the airport text is yours or nothing.
