The Switch-On Sprint
Fourteen days from kickoff to live. Data migrated, rate cards rebuilt, team trained, first week run in parallel, handled by the operator who built Kairo, not a support ticket queue.
Sprint fleets skip the trial, your subscription starts at go-live, day fourteen, not at kickoff. Prefer annual billing? Pay for the year and the Sprint is on us.
The guarantee
If the win-back campaign hasn't brought in £495 of new bookings within thirty days of go-live, we refund the difference.
What the fourteen days cover
Your data, moved for you
Clients, drivers, vehicles, rate cards and active bookings, imported from Dever, Limo Anywhere, Autocab, iCabbi, spreadsheets or CSV.
Rate cards rebuilt and signed off
We rebuild your tariffs inside Kairo and walk them through with you, so quotes price correctly from the first day.
AI enquiry drafting, in approve-mode
Enquiries get a drafted booking waiting for you to price and send. Nothing sends without you.
Payments and accounts connected
Stripe for card payments, Xero for the accountant, connected and tested before go-live.
Your team trained, drivers installed
Two ninety-minute sessions for the office, and the driver app on every phone before the first live shift.
A win-back campaign to dormant clients
By week three we send a reactivation campaign to the clients sitting quiet in your old system, designed to pay for the Sprint before your first invoice.
First week run in parallel
Kairo runs alongside your current system for the first live week. You switch off the old tool when you're ready, not before.
Scope: clients, drivers, vehicles, tariffs and active bookings. Importing full multi-year invoice history is quoted separately if you want it.
Who it's for
How it runs
Week one: data in, rates rebuilt, accounts connected. Week two: team trained, drivers installed, parallel running. Day fourteen: live, with the win-back campaign queued. We take a small number of Sprints each month so every one gets done properly, if the month is full, you go on next month's list.
Tell us what you run today and we'll tell you exactly what the fourteen days look like for your fleet.
