Kairo reads an inbound enquiry and drafts the booking, ready for you to price and send.
The operator app is live on iOS and Android. Drivers get the Android app or a web fallback that works on any phone, including iPhone.
Vehicle-class multipliers and gratuity, priced the way US livery and black-car work gets quoted.
Driver license, for-hire or chauffeur permit, background check, commercial (livery) insurance, vehicle registration, inspection and airport permit, each with its own expiry date.
Invoices and payments sync to Xero as they happen (QuickBooks sync is not built yet).
One monthly price by fleet size. No per-trip fee, no licensing fee, and unlimited drivers and clients on every plan.
